Held on Wednesdays and Fridays in six week sessions. These programs are designed for beginning players with little or no prior experience. Emphasis will be on skill development and the ways these skills contribute to playing volleyball well and effectively. Sessions will entail the teaching and performance of skills accompanied by small competitions within the group stressing the importance of teamwork.
