In order to complete registration for a specific event hosted by Beach Cities Volleyball Club, a user must first complete the online registration form. During this registration process, a user is required to give certain private information (such as name, mailing address, and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required. This information will not be shared with any other person or company and is solely used for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations to you as a customer.
When making a payment through our website, you must provide contact information (like name, mailing address, and email address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and only to fulfull our obligation to you as a customer. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
